Tara Stringer is the founder of ROE Theater Club and a River Oaks Elementary parent of three. At ROE, she serves as parent coordinator and creative producer — keeping each production moving behind the scenes, coordinating families and volunteers, and making sure every detail is in place so our young performers can shine. Her goal is simple: to give every child a supportive, well-run space to discover their voice, build confidence, and fall in love with the stage.

Amanda Adwers brings over 15 years of experience in Houston's theater community and is excited to step into the role of director for ROE Theater Club. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations including Main Street Theater, Theatre Under The Stars, Queensbury Theatre, and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Houston. Over the past decade, she has gained extensive experience in nearly every aspect of theatrical production, including stage management, technical theater, backstage operations, costume changes, microphone coordination, and production organization. Her broad understanding of how productions come together allows her to create a well-organized, engaging, and supportive environment where young performers can build confidence and thrive. Amanda is excited to inspire students through the joy of live theater.

Aleigha Taylor is a dancer, choreographer, and performing arts educator with more than 20 years of experience inspiring young performers throughout the Houston area. She began her teaching career in Katy ISD and has since worked with students in Clear Lake ISD, Houston ISD, and Fort Bend ISD, helping children develop confidence, creativity, and a love for the performing arts. Aleigha believes that every child has unique potential and is passionate about creating a supportive environment where students feel empowered to grow both on and off the stage. She is excited to bring her creativity, enthusiasm, and expertise in musical theater to ROE Theater Club and looks forward to helping each performer build confidence, discover their talents, and create lasting memories through theater.

Samaya Holmes is a performer, filmmaker, and performing arts educator with a background in competitive dance and musical theater. A student at the University of Southern California and a graduate of Houston's High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA), she has performed in numerous stage productions while also teaching dance and choreography to young performers. Samaya is passionate about helping children build confidence, creativity, and self-expression through the performing arts. She is excited to be part of ROE Theater Club and looks forward to creating a positive, encouraging environment where every student can grow, discover their talents, and shine both on and off the stage.
